DMHS Updates May 19, 2019

Posted 05/20/2019

Dear Families,

We only have 2 ½  more weeks of school left, and students still have a lot of school work to do in order to complete the year successfully.   Please help ensure that their success with good attendance and punctuality. Please see below for this week’s updates.

ONLINE FAMILY SATISFACTION SURVEYS -MAY 6 – MAY 31

DMHS values input from our families – and we want to hear from you! You are an important partner as we work to better our learning environment for students and families. This survey helps us understand how well our school is supporting your students’ needs and is a part of our School Performance Framework (SPF).

In order to learn more about student and family experiences in schools, we are asking for your feedback via the annual DPS Family Satisfaction Survey.  This year, the survey will be online!  A link will be sent to you in your Parent Portal, by email or text. These surveys are anonymous and confidential. We will never see your individual responses, only the total and averages at the school level.

To participate, please complete the survey link by Parent Portal, Email or Text by May 31, 2019.

Each household should only fill out one survey. If you have more than one student at the school, we ask that you think about your oldest student and answer the question based on them.

We really appreciate your feedback and look forward to learning from your input.

The program is now linked through your loyalty card (the small key chain card or the credit card you use to get your discounts when you check out at the store.) You can enroll your King Soopers card online at their secure website: www.kingsooperscommunityrewards.com. You can also do this through the King Soopers app on your phone.

Below is the information to enter when prompted:

Organization Name: DMHS Education Foundation

Organization Number:   XG899

Instructions: once you are logged in to your King Soopers account, you can search for DMHS Education Foundation either by name or organization number XG899 and click “enroll.” New users need to create an account which requires some basic information, such as a valid email address and your loyalty card number.

*Customers must have a registered King Soopers loyalty card account to link to DMHS Education Foundation. If you do not have a King Soopers loyalty card, they are available at the customer service desk at any King Soopers location.

Important: purchases will not count for our school until after you register your loyalty card and link DMHS Education Foundation to that card. Participants must swipe/scan their registered loyalty card when shopping for each purchase to count towards our school.
