Anders is a chef, musician, and enjoys many different hobbies and passions. He has degrees from the Culinary Institute of America, (AOS, Culinary Arts) Cornell University (BS, Hospitality Administration), and CU Denver (MA, Curriculum and Instruction). He has 10 years of experience in the culinary industry, working in a variety of kitchens, hotels, and private events; Anders believes in a healthy, conscious relationship with food and encourages those around him to be aware of what they eat. He also loves to dive into new subjects and questions (bringing anyone nearby along for the ride)! His 7 years at DMHS have also helped him to found the Denver Chefs Guild, which does work with food justice and supports Denver's chefs and food workers. Dedicated to helping improve our world through food, Anders is thrilled to be helping our students to be masters of food and love it as he does.
